Sound Bath Meditation - Healing Inner Journey

-Please come around 2pm to get settled in to start by 2:15 for a 90-minute meditative journey.
-Event will be held in the flex space next to Alchemy Ritual Goods. There are yoga mats and blankets available, but you can bring anything extra you may need for your comfort (eye pillow, journal, water bottle, extra blanket or pillow).
-All ages welcome, as long as participants can keep the meditative space. No technology please.
