Cancellation Policy: $30 cancellation fee if session is cancelled within 24 hours of treatment or up to 100% charge for missing appointment.  

Payments accepted: Check, cash, all major credit cards, Venmo, PayPal, and Square Cash.

Some insurance plans accepted. Currently taking eligible Cigna plans.
